[Review] AffiloJetpack by Mark Ling

Hi all, this is my first post and also my first review here. I just purchased AffiloJetpack and I was so impressed with it that I thought I'd share my review of it here for anyone who is interested.
I've put together a quick video review of AffiloJetpack that you can view below. I really wanted to give you as much information about the product as possible so I've given an insider's look into the members area of my account so you know exactly what you're going to get.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sg6Vo_Zhihk&feature=player_embedded
For those who don't have the time to go through the video, basically AffiloJetpack is a collection of 5 turnkey websites for affiliate marketers created by Mark Ling. You will get all you need in terms of niche, affiliate products to promote, article content, free hosting, wordpress themes, squeeze page, free reports and best of all, one entire year of emails to send to your list. In short,
* All the research has been... DONE for you
* 1 FULL year of professionally written emails... DONE for you
* Free reports... DONE for you
* Great affiliate products to promote... DONE for you (just plug in your affiliate id)
* Articles... DONE for you
* Website Templates... DONE for you
* Hosting... DONE for you
I tried other cheap turnkey products before and they've basically been cheap collection of PLR content and haven't been satisfactory in terms of quality. AffiloJetpack is filled with quality stuff and is designed to kickstart your marketing campaign so that you will be spending the bulk of your time on finding a unique angle for your chosen niche and getting traffic to your site.
Training videos on setting up your AffiloJetpack sites are provided as well as videos on SEO and using paid advertising. There are some early mover bonuses that are being offered as well to add value to the Jetpack.
What really amazes me is the price point for this product. As an affiliate marketer, I know it would cost at least $100-200 to get all that is provided for each niche. So I would expect this product to be $1000 or more. At only $497, I grabbed it and am quite happy to recommend it over any other similar turnkey product.
If you haven't checked out the video, I strongly encourage you to do so because then you really know what's in the AffiloJetpack and can make a much better decision whether it's for you. From my personal experience, I would say that this product is for:
- experienced affiliate marketers who want to save time and money in their marketing campaigns and have a solid autoresponder sequence to really put their sites on autopilot
- newbies who have been struggling to find a good niche and haven't been very successful in their campaigns
- people considering affiliate marketing but are put off but the uncertainty factor involved in choosing the right niche and the amount of time needed to produce good content
You shouldn't buy this product if:
- you don't have at least an hour or two to spend each day on this
- you earn millions of bucks or are a very successful affiliate marketer
- are tight on money and need a fast return on investment (you still need to buy domain names and invest in a good email service like Aweber or GetResponse)
Overall, I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. You can go to the main sales page to check it out -->
http://www.affilorama.com/affilojetpack/
I've also provided a bonus on my own site which you can access through my signature. If you've got any questions about the product just reply to this post and I'll do my best to answer them. This product will only be available till Sunday so I suggest you check it out soon.
All the best!

Interesting! Sounds like a great product. I'm so new at this, I think I will go through Tristan's course first and hope that another offer comes up when I have a little more knowledge
. "I'm in the too much info process right now."
But yeah, wow, great opportunity and thanks for sharing!

You're welcome! Yup, definitely you'll want to focus on one course at a time. Doing too many is commonly referred to as the 'shiny object syndrome'. Don't worry, good products come out all the time and I'm sure that there will be another round of Affilojetpack being reopened sometime in the future especially if there are good responses this time round.

The eternal problem with these "all done for you" sites is the HARD part – getting traffic. Ergo, why the product producers give you everything else, and make it seem like a perfect deal for you .
These sorts of products come with a whole host of problems and few solutions. Here’s why:
You can’t get organic traffic to these sites, because Google slaps sites with duplicate content. Since everyone gets the same sites in these systems, they are redundant from day 1.
So basically what you end up with, is the exact same problem most affiliates have, but with extra work to do, such as setting up your hosting account, editing and uploading your “unique” sites, and all the other junk. You still need to get traffic from every method except search engine traffic.
So how is this helpful?
At the end of the day, you may as well set up a unique review site on the 5 products in question, easily rank high in the search engines and clean up (at least compared to the people who buy these “done for you” courses.
So you are left with few options. With free traffic, you need to write articles, post to social bookmarking sites, social media sites and all the rest of it. You can’t use the supplied articles because the best article sites don’t allow duplicate content. You have few options left, aside from paid traffic. The people that buy these courses will generally have no idea what they are doing in PPC, and will spend their savings away trying to stay on page one, blow their savings, and explode the cost per click on the associated keywords with the products for sale.
Most people will lose out on this deal.
So what is the answer?
Learn to bulid your own business from the ground up. Then you will never need waste time with these packages in future.
Sorry Joshsiaw but I have to slam on this product for the very points you raised as good points in favour of Affilio...
* All the research has been... DONE for you
- (Well this saves about an hour's work, and due to the course in question, now you will have hundreds of people competing for what would have been an easy-target niche. I also noticed from your video that some of the MOST COMPETITIVE niches are used in the supposed "researched" niches. Challenge: Google all those niches and see for yourself. Dog training, weight loss, golf, dating etc. Only an experienced markter has a hope in hell of making serious money in these niches)
* 1 FULL year of professionally written emails... DONE for you
- (This is the only POTENTIALLY valuable component . If a customer happens to sign up to a mailing list that is using the emails provided by Affilio, and later signs up to another member’s list, then they will probably notice duplicate emails and get p**sed off. I know from personal experience, seeing this in my inbox.
* Free reports... DONE for you
- (What is the quality? Anyways, jump on any free PLR site and pick from the crop, edit to improve if you like, stick your name on it. Presto – a book you can either sell, or give away in a JV, and rake in the traffic)
* Great affiliate products to promote... DONE for you - (just plug in your affiliate id)
-(Or just drop into clickbank and do the same thing with about 20 minutes work)
* Articles... DONE for you
- (duplicate content will get slapped – therefore useless. So now you have to re-write it all anyway which is a TON of work)
* Website Templates... DONE for you
- (Useless for SEO traffic as well, and will NEVER rank in google. Oh and you can pick up free templates all over the internet anyway – even on this forum)
* Hosting... DONE for you
- (Didn’t you say you “still need to sign up for hosting”? Anyway, commissions for referral signups to hosts are awesome, so by all means, give the product producer your cash for this!)
Now that I finished trashing this Suck-The-Newbie-Dry-Product Number: 456787646542, I'm off to work on my product!
P.S. Sorry if this review: review offends anyone. I’m just p**sed off with all these "fix all" products!

It's all relative.
I've spend a ridiculous amount of time learning, and not enough doing. Hence, the coaching program to get me off my butt.

Hi mariusj, thanks for such a detailed response! I understand your frustration because I've been there myself and totally know where you're coming from. Let me just try to answer some of the issues you've raised based on my personal usage of Affilojetpack.
1. You can’t get organic traffic to these sites, because Google slaps sites with duplicate content. Since everyone gets the same sites in these systems, they are redundant from day 1.
- Excellent point and I would never recommend anyone copy and paste for website or article marketing content (I learnt that the hard way by getting banned). You need to put your own unique spin on things (sub niche, less competitive keywords, etc) and I do mention that there's training for this provided in the video. Yes, there is work involved but for newbies, it already saves you time looking for content to start with and I've seen the content they provide and it's definitely not the usual cheap PLR rubbish (I know because I have those too).
2. I also noticed from your video that some of the MOST COMPETITIVE niches are used in the supposed "researched" niches. Challenge: Google all those niches and see for yourself. Dog training, weight loss, golf, dating etc. Only an experienced markter has a hope in hell of making serious money in these niches
- this is related to the first issue in a sense that there are several ways you can handle this problem by having a unique approach that sets you apart from the competition. Why these competetive markets? The idea is that these are proven markets where money can be made. Combined this with the fact that you can drill down into sub niches(for example dog training you could focus on a specific breed from which there are about 600 different types) and it actually means less risk than an untried market.
3. If a customer happens to sign up to a mailing list that is using the emails provided by Affilio, and later signs up to another member’s list, then they will probably notice duplicate emails and get p**sed off.
- the possibility is definitely there. However, if you've gotten a unique approach this issue might occur minimally as there is less chance of overlapping another marketer's list. But you raise a good point. I myself haven't tried this autoresponder area but like you I believe it's got great potential to increase sales.
4. What is the quality? Anyways, jump on any free PLR site and pick from the crop, edit to improve if you like, stick your name on it. Presto – a book you can either sell, or give away in a JV, and rake in the traffic
- Quality is pretty good from what I've seen.
I don't plan to edit it much aside from tweaking it to provide my own angle.
5. just drop into clickbank and do the same thing with about 20 minutes work
- yup, you could do that. But remember how daunting it can be choosing which product to promote? There are so many products! You could choose those with high gravity of course, but here you have products that they know work and supplements the niche you've chosen. Not to mention if you haven't done work in a particular niche before this could save you more than 20 mintues of work. I suppose the question is really how much is your time worth to you?
6. duplicate content will get slapped – therefore useless. So now you have to re-write it all anyway which is a TON of work
- answered previously
7. Useless for SEO traffic as well, and will NEVER rank in google. Oh and you can pick up free templates all over the internet anyway – even on this forum
- these templates are really a wordpress themes that are optimized for seo (how well optimized I have no idea). Cool thing about the theme is the customization options for header graphics and the squeeze page. From what I know usually you need to pay for a WP theme that allows you to do that. I'd be happy to know of any you can recommend that does the same though.
8. Didn’t you say you “still need to sign up for hosting”? Anyway, commissions for referral signups to hosts are awesome, so by all means, give the product producer your cash for this!
- did I say that? If I did, I'm really sorry I made that mistake. I mention in the video I already had my own hosting provider so I wouldn't be using it yet but one year of hosting is FREE. What you do need to pay for is the domain name for your affiliate site which I think is fair enough. I've seen the instruction videos on using their hosting and it's quite easy really. Perfect for newbies (who will need to find hosting anyway)
At the end of the day, this product isn't for everyone (well duh
). Like I mentioned before, it really depends what your time is worth. Like the name suggests, Affilojetpack is to give you a good headstart in your affiliate marketing efforts and if I think if you view it like that instead of a magic bullet that will generate money instantly it will make more sense.
Mariusj, I like what you said about not enough doing. I think that really is the key to it all. Most of us just need to stick to one system and get out there doing and learn along the way. I'm not in the coaching program myself but from feedback it sounds great and hope it 'gets you off your butt'.
All the best!
