PPC is a allotment of SEM. If you expect absolute action from your advertising such as buy product, sign up etc then ppc is good. If you want to branding of then cpm is better. In CPM stands for cost per thousand impressions and it don't cost for the clicks on your advertise. PPC stands for pay per click. It cost you for per click and doesn't matter how much page impressions you get.

As per my point of view PPC is the best to quickly promote a website but before jumping into PPC one must have a knowledge of PPC because it is paid. PPC give you a flexibility of how to walk in.

You have to spend money for PPC or SEM. If you do your SEM you don’t have to spend. When you are going for PPC, you have to pay for every click. But when you are doing SEM you will get long term free traffic. But you will not receive immediate from SEM.

ppc is a piece of SEM. if you anticipate immediate measures from your marketing such as buy products, hint up etc then ppc is excellent. If you want to marketing of then cpm is better. in CPM is for price per thousands of thoughts and it don't price for the mouse ticks on your market. ppc is for pay per press. it price you for per press and doesn't issue how much web page thoughts you get.

PPC is the part of SEM and it is use for increase the traffic of your website and popular your products, business, brand.. etc in search engines by pay for per click, which any user click from Google Ads on other websites. It is best way to increase your business because in which you may get the leads or conversions from users. In SEM, it provide one more service called CPM means pay for thousands impressions. It is use for increase the popularity of your website in search engines. In which when users search any thing related to your targeted keywords and Search engines show your ad on their searches, then you will pay after complete thousands impressions. In which if users click on your Ads, Search engines could not charge for them.

Search Engine Marketing should be the parent category whose subsets contain both SEO and Pay Per Click and should not refer only to the latter. SEM may apply to either organic results – which are the product of SEO – or PPC results.
