I always adopt clean and legal methods for my work.
White Hat SEO is best as i don't want to risk all my efforts doing Black Hat SEO.

In which you use your unique and quality content and build relevant, do-follow and quality backlinks for your website. It take some time for provide good results but your results stable for long time. Black Hat techniques provide fast results but your results don't stable for long time because search engines don't allow to use them.
