I build very targeted lists from Facebook and I get round that fact that FB owns the list.
Social media is growing at an alarming rate, and those who jump onboard will make a lot of money.

Both facebook and twitter are important social networking sites, to get huge traffic.....But Twitter is the massive traffic generator, but I do not get much traffic via facebook.....!
