By quality, I mean there are some automated softwares through which you can bookmark your sites at a click of a mouse, that too to 4K of them and as many times as you want. These sites are worthless and raises the spam quotient of your site.

Thats why automated submission to the creme works best!

Yes you get spam but this is what filters and spam blockers are for. You can always enable some kind of moderation queue as well.

I just though that kind of spamming is when you submit using bot again
and again in the same day, let say one page digg till 100x...
Onlywire is semi automatic, for several social bookmarking site like digg,
you still have to login and assign..

Well with bots you can cut off submissions so you can limit how many pages get bookmarked. I'd rather just use a fully automatic bot.
